The right idea, natively executed, outperforms production value every time.

Not every piece of content needs a production crew. Some of the most effective work Max&You has delivered for Carlisle Homes has been shot on an iPhone, cut simply and posted with a trending sound. The results have been extraordinary.

What We Did

As part of Carlisle Homes' broader content ecosystem, Max&You identified low-fi content as a critical complement to high production campaigns. Where hero content builds brand credibility, low-fi content drives reach, feeling native to the platform, rewarded by the algorithm and trusted by the audience.

We developed a deliberate low-fi content strategy running alongside Carlisle Homes' premium content programme, using iPhone footage, on-screen text, voiceover, trending audio and long steady takes to create content that performs where polished production stops.

Low-fi content strategy and capture — iPhone home tours — POV and trending format reels — on-screen text and voiceover — facade and showroom showcase clips — social amplification

What Was Delivered

A library of low-fi content spanning home tours, facade reveals, showroom walk-throughs and viral format reels — all produced as part of the ongoing Carlisle Homes content programme.

Highlights include a simple POV reel using on-screen text and a viral sound that reached 1.9 million views, making it the best-performing reel in Carlisle Homes' history. A steady iPhone home tour of a new design delivered consistent long-form engagement. A facade social cut for the Ridgelea display combined talent, voiceover and subtitles to introduce the new product in a format built for social-first audiences.

The Outcome

1.9 million views on a single reel. Consistent organic reach across formats that cost a fraction of a full production day. Proof that the most powerful content in a campaign is sometimes the simplest — if the strategy behind it is right.
