Testimonial Film Series - Piccolo House
Buying off the plan is one of the largest financial and emotional commitments a person can make. For Piccolo House, the challenge was not convincing buyers that the product was exceptional — the product spoke for itself. The challenge was giving prospective buyers the confidence to commit before they could see it. Max&You developed a resident testimonial film series to do exactly that.
Low-Fi Social Content
1.9 million views on a single reel. Consistent organic reach across formats that cost a fraction of a full production day. Proof that the most powerful content in a campaign is sometimes the simplest — if the strategy behind it is right.
Piccolo House - 18 Barry St, Kew - Identity
18 Barry Street, Kew is Piccolo House's most refined project to date. A collection of light filled residences designed by Woods Bagot and Hecker Guthrie, set within one of Melbourne's most tightly held addresses. Max&You was engaged to bring the project to market — from brand identity through to every touchpoint a buyer encounters on the journey to purchase.
Carlisle Homes - TikTok
Building a home is not traditionally associated with a younger audience. Carlisle Homes is changing that. We identified TikTok as a critical channel to reach a new generation of future home builders and built a presence with content adapted specifically for the platform, its format, and its audience.
Artedomus - Behind the Curtain
The evening after the VIP product expo, the Behind the Curtain experience opened its doors to 150 guests from across the Australian architecture and design industry. The brief was clear: extend the experience, not reset it.
VIP Dinner — Artedomus
Artedomus wanted to launch a new product collection to their most important audience — architects, designers and trade specifiers — in a way that went beyond a standard showroom presentation. The brief was to create something that felt as considered and layered as the materials themselves.
Piccolo House - Brand Transformation & Digital Ecosystem
Founded in the early 1970s, Piccolo House has spent five decades crafting some of Melbourne's most considered and enduring residences. The heritage was extraordinary. The brand presence was not keeping pace with it. Max&You was engaged to change that.
Home Tours — Carlisle Homes
In a competitive home-building market, the decision to visit a display home is made long before a customer walks through the door. Carlisle Homes needed content that could do that work.
Carlisle Homes Instagram — Main Feed, Reels & Stories
Carlisle Homes' Instagram is not a supporting channel. It is a primary brand platform — posted to every single day across the main feed, Reels and Stories, and built to work as hard as any paid media. Max&You has managed it as part of a content partnership that spans strategy, production and publishing.
(Emerging) Designer Awards - Artedomus x The Local Project
The (Emerging) Designer Awards exist to celebrate and elevate Australia's most promising new design talent. For the 2025 edition, the goal was to ensure the awards not only recognised the exceptional creativity of finalists but also reinforced Artedomus' position as a central convener of Australian design culture.
An Evening with Patricia Urquiola - Mobilia
When Mobilia launched their Melbourne showroom, they wanted an evening that matched the calibre of the brand and the company they were keeping. With internationally acclaimed designer Patricia Urquiola as the guest of honour, the bar was set from the start. Max&You helped develop the event concept and managed every element of the night.
Kvadrat Knit Australia! In Use — Creative Collaboration & Campaign
Max&You produced Knit Australia! In Use — a creative collaboration between Kvadrat and a curated group of Australia's leading furniture designers and manufacturers. Building on the global Knit! exhibition created a body of work that demonstrated the material's versatility, performance and aesthetic range.
La Cornue - Sydney Showroom Launch Events
Founded in Paris in 1908, La Cornue is one of the world's great culinary icons. Their handcrafted cooking appliances are sought after by professional chefs, design devotees and discerning homeowners across the globe. When La Cornue opened its first standalone Australian showroom in Sydney's Surry Hills, it asked Max&You to introduce the space and the brand to the people who matter most.
Kvadrat Knit! — Australian Touring Exhibition
Kvadrat's Knit! was born out of a desire to inspire the use of knitted textiles in new and surprising ways — a large-scale global travelling exhibition that gave 28 designers, including Australians Adam Goodrum and Benja Harney, a stage to showcase their talent to an international audience. When the exhibition toured to Australia, Kvadrat called on Max&You to bring it to life across three cities.
