VIP Dinner — Artedomus
Not a product launch. An experience that made the product unforgettable.
The Brief
Artedomus wanted to launch a new product collection to their most important audience — architects, designers and trade specifiers — in a way that went beyond a standard showroom presentation. The brief was to create something that felt as considered and layered as the materials themselves.
What We Did
We conceived and produced Behind the Curtain — an immersive sensory journey through the Artedomus Galleria at Flemington that used sight, smell, touch, sound and taste to introduce the new collection. The showroom was divided by curtains. As guests moved through each space, they physically pulled back a curtain to reveal a new sensory layer: a new scent, a new texture, a new sound, a new flavour. Nothing was random. Everything connected.
The VIP expo hosted 25 guests across an intimate two-hour walkthrough, followed by a seated dinner for 25 where every element — table materials, scent, sound and menu — was a developed version of what guests had encountered in the walkthrough. Dinner was the point where everything connected.

The Result
The event landed exactly as intended: an intimate, high-impact brand moment that generated direct praise from guests and the Artedomus team. The layered sensory format gave the product collection a context and emotional resonance that no catalogue or showroom visit could replicate. Artedomus reinforced its position not just as a design importer, but as a brand that understands how to create genuine cultural moments for the industry.
